[Users] Get Mail Hanging Up

I'm running into a problem with claws on my wife's computer.

OS is Ubuntu 16.04. Claws version 3.13.2.

The problem is it sometimes hangs when downloading mail. I can kill it
from the command line and then restart claws so I have a work-around.
What I'm wondering is whether there's a setting for a time out that
would stop the download process.
