Dillo is the most featureless while Fancy is the most featureful.
LiteHtml_Viewer is somewhere in between, though closer to Dillo in
features. The problem with Fancy is that it is not available anymore
since the html library used by Fancy is unmaintained therefore requires
building from source against a library not seeing updates for several
years.
