FWIW, I just restarted claws (3.13.2 on openSUSE Leap 42.3 from
standard repositories) using

$ LC_ALL=de_DE.utf-8 claws-mail

and I see the same broken translation as in the first two lines of this
message. I also notice that the From: and Subject: etc headers in the
message display are also still in English.

PS I thought about adding my observation to the bug, but that's an HTTP
link and Firefox objects to the HTTPS version.
