Oh yes, I do. But in the case of a fresh (empty) compose window I think
asking whether to insert or replace is not necessary.

I've now rebuilt claws from git, and attaching is working properly.

For the mailing I temporary configure (in the folder properties) a template
to use. This works nice. However, as said earlier, a "compose from
template" feature would be appreciated.
