I'm surprised nobody has ever complained about that build tag before. ;-)

Anyway, since build of 3.15.1 had been used for some time (not only
on Rawhide) before releasing them to F27 and F26, the "-dirty" has been
noticed early but not deemed important enough to patch it out.
