[Users] Moving from Mac Mail to Claws - Smart Mailboxes

Do you mean with another filter to move them back to where they belong once marked as read / unflagged?
I guess if that is possible, each message would have to be moved back to the inbox from whence it originated, so a rule for each inbox.
I do think Apple are on to something with Smart Mailboxes giving a view onto sets of emails without having to shuffle them about.
