[Users] Perl script - convert KMail to Claws

Hi,

Have now realised that the Perl script to convert the files created all
the new files with a date/time stamp of 'today', rather than leave the
dates as per orginal date in KMail.

Will try and brush up on Perl and see how to make some modifications to
the script.
