[Users] [Bug 3831] Typing a name, then pressing <tab> to expand the typed name does nothing

Maybe I am not interpreting this correctly; however, running claws-mail version
3.15.0 on a Win10 PRO - 64bit machine does not exhibit this problem. I might
add that my OpenLDAP server is running a FreeBSD-11 machine connected to my
network.
