Now it becomes tricky, if you disabled duplicates, then you didn't
receive a mail from the mailing list, just the mail directly from
me, without the mailing list headers. If you received a mail from the
mailing list, including the mailing list header, then there's
another pitfall, I added my email address by the Reply-to header.

However, if the mailing list reply is invoked by "All", then "All"
means mailing list only.

It's a chain of pitfalls, related to one approach vs another approach.
