The patch still works on 3.14.0, after some fixing - you put some added parts
into conditional blocks within #ifdef HAVE_LIBNOTIFY, and some outside of them.

If the per-mailbox (or per-account) setting for this is added, as Holger
mentions in config 16, I see no problem in accepting this patch for next
release.
