[Users] Please explain why 'Move deleted mails to trash and expunge immediately' as been removed in 3.14

Sorry for using the bug tracker for this request, now again on the right
channel:

I didn't set the option 'Move deleted mails to trash and expunge
immediately' in older versions of Claws Mail and liked the behavior.
Now it seems that this option is default and there's no way to disable
it. Please explain why it was removed and if there is a possibility to
disable it.
