[Users] TLS indication in header

I'm not seeing that issue with claws. Your latest message to the list
displayed the following in the "view/show all headers" output in
claws 3.14.1 and 3.14.0, as well as the full set of "Received:" lines
(including other TLS lines for intra-mail environment handoffs).
