[Users] Ghost emails / very strange POP behavior

I vaguely recall something about UIDL, maybe 10 years ago. It's likely
the reason I have a 10 day delay in deleting mail off the servers. That
way, all my other devices can grab the messages without risk of some ot
them disappearing during their POP retrieve.

Just a SWAG; but avoiding potential race conditions between devices still
seems reasonable...  :)
