It is strange that in the screen shot where you show the context menu there is
only one icon in the systray. But at least we do we see the Claws Mail context
menu.

You said that you're using the defualt theme, but the systray icons are not
from the deault theme.

It is not a Fedora issue, I'm using Fedora without these oddities. However, I
use KDE and LXDE, so it might be an LXDE issue.

Anyway, it works fine here. I think it is something to do with how your system
is configured.
