You now have 206 > 195 (181 + 14), and the missing space (11G) roughly matches
the 5% of blocks reserved for root user, which is the default for ext
formatting tools.

This space cannot be used by non-root users, so it could be you had hit this
limit.

See manpage for tune2fs tool on how to change this value to 0 and make the full
capacity of the partition available for non-root users.
