[Users] Spell checking

CM 3.13.2 on archlinux.

I just replaced my system hard drive and reinstalled everything
including CM from the archlinux-extra repository.

spell check give an error when I start any new message. 

Enchant is installed but in Preferences > Spell checking > it shows "he"
for both dictionaries and cannot be changed to en_CA.

What am I missing?
