Typical use case:

* launch Claws Mail
* click on some IMAP account inbox folder
* tries to connect, but fails.

Error dialog shows "View log" and "Close", which are OK, but for temporary
failures a "Retry" button may help.

Saves you from having to open a local folder first, then opening the IMAP inbox
again.
