That means
1. Doing a "re-build folder tree" every time a folder is
   created/removed.
2. If mails are not deleted immediately on retrieval, mails will get
   re-downloaded.
3. Accounts/Prefs have to be re-set up and they don't stay in sync.
... and probably a bunch of other problems I can't think of.
