[Users] Unrecognized static network settings

I've tried this a couple of days ago, but disabling NetworkManager
didn't help. For a cross-validation, I disabled it again, either by
directly editing clawsrc or using the the clawsker plugin, and both
cases can't help; the connection remains refused.

The attachement gives logs for NetworkManager and a slice of the whole
system logs.
