[Users] Unrecognized static network settings

Thanks Ricardo for the answer.
I am back in the static configured network and this mail is sent
through a webmail. But Claws can't reach the network. Here are the
logs:

imap.gmail.com:993...
** IMAP error on imap.gmail.com: connection refused
