[Users] The command 'bsfilterw.exe' couldn't be run.

I have claws-mail 3.14 on Windows 10 and bsfilter seems to be
having a problem.  when I open claws-mail I get a dialog with the
following error message: "the Bsfilter plugin couldn't filter a
message.  The command 'bsfilterw.exe' coundn't be run.

I had the same problem with 3.13 and hoped that the new release would
fix it. I uninstalled 3.13 and deleted the appdata/roaming/claws-mail
folder before installing the new version.

I tried manually adding the plugins diretory to the PATH environment
variable, but no joy.


Any suggestions?
