Use intltool to translate strings in desktop file

I made this patch based on latest git source.
Currently the GenericName, Comment, [Desktop Action ComposeMail] Name and
[Desktop Action SendFile] Name translations will be lost after this patch,
because these strings are missing in the .pot file.
