These are Claws Mail metadata, used to store the various email edition
settings (account, wrapping, and more) as long as the email is in
Drafts or Queue folders.

They are left out of what is sent via SMTP.

Most of them don't start with X-Claws-* for compatibility reasons, to
avoid breaking the parsing of existing drafts/queued mails after an
upgrade. It would be possible to change these headers names without
breaking compatibility, but that would mean introducing transition
code. A lot of efforts for no real gain.
