[Users] S/MIME: cannot sign

CM 3.13, Win10x64

Good evening all,

out of blue, the S/MIME signing throws an error. Pop-up window says:
S/MIME: Cannot sign: No Dirmngr (92)

No changes were made recently, Kleopatra can see signature just fine.
Restart already tried.

Any idea where to look?
