OK, so unfortunately there is nothing in the debug log that would help pinpoint
the issue. I can print just fine, and I am getting the same debug lines,
including the harmless "printing.c:1353:Error generating attribute list."
message.

Does at least printing to a file work? Either vie some PDF-export virtual
printer, or to Postscript format via "Print to file" checkbox in the Windows
printing dialog.
