[Users] Content-dependent folder name appearance

A folder can be configured to show its name in boldface when it contains
unread mail. Is it possible to configure a folder to
change its colour depending on whether it contains unread mail?

Rationale: Since more and more invoices are nowadays sent via email I want
to store them in a separate folder and make sure I don't forget them.
