[Users] bug 3381: MacOS: integration with native OSX GTK

Howdy! I noted that in the discussion for the native Mac OS X GTK
patches:

that there were some support concerns.

I'm the MacPorts maintainer for claws-mail, and if these patches get
integrated, you can direct people at MacPorts to get versions built,
and I promise that I'll test the client at every release (as I use it
day to day).
