[Users] RSSyl doesn't import feeds from opennews

Yeah, i forgot version - release 3.11.1. Was there some bug fix for
that, in git?

It doesn't make sence, wether i import entire list or add them by one.
I tried that when list import failed. It seems to fail on all opennet
feeds.
