I had this problem too. The setting is in you php.ini file. When I
looked, my site was hosted on a server which doesn't allow a custom
php.ini file, so I had to write in the settings I wanted into
my .htaccess. So you could add a line saying PHP post_max_size
 then whatever size you'd like.
