You probably configured two accounts with the same receiving server,
username and password, and are fetching mail via both of them.

I suggest making one of these accounts a SMTP-only account, for the
additional e-mail address. You will have to delete it and create again,
since account type (receiving protocol) can not be changed for an
existing account.
