Configuration/Preferences/Plugins/Notification/SysTrayicon

Check "Only include selected folders" and click on "Select Folders"

Check "select recursively", then check the account (MH) which will check
every folder for that account.  Now, uncheck Drafts [and Queue, Trash,
Sent] and OK your way back out.
