[Users] Can't check S/Mime signatures with Claws 3.11.1 on Ubuntu 14.02

Could you please elaborate on this ? The gnome-keyring package is
required by a lot of Ubuntu packages, including the desktop. Its
virtually impossible to remove it without loosing the GUI.

What makes the gnome-keyring incompatible with Claws S/Mime plugin ?

gpa starts fine and doesn't complain...
