I can't recommend to use Evolution, because it's bloated, very slow and
often suffers from GTK3 updates, however, for testing purpose you
should install it. The mailing list reply is invoked by using the
"Group Reply" (All) button. I don't know if it cares about the "@lists."
addresses or perhaps about the "In-Reply-To:"/"References:" headers,
perhaps and most likely it needs the list ID header too, however, when
I click the OP Paul's mail using Evolution's reply to mailing list
button, that other than Claws button isn't the "Reply", but "Group
Reply" (All) button, the mail is send to Paul Rolland (ポール・ロラン)
<rol at witbe.net> and Cc'ed to users at lists.claws-mail.org. OK, I'm
mistaken it's not send to the mailing list only, but at least the
"reply to mailing list button" adds the mailing list.

When using Claws "Reply to mailing list button" which is the "Reply"
and not the "All" button, it only is sents to "Paul Rolland
(ポール・ロラン)" <rol at witbe.net>, but not to the mailing list.

My bad. If there's a list ID Evolution sends to the list only, if there
isn't it sends to all.

Sure, when using Claws' "All" button it works too, but for mailing list
replies we usually just want to click the "Reply to mailing list
button".

Resume, I'm mistaken, Evolution most likely cares about the list ID
header too, but since the mailing list reply is invoked by the "Group
Reply"/All button, it does automatically send to the mailing list too.
When using claws we need to care about the To and Cc headers and decide
what button, the "Reply" or "All" we need to use. We can not simply
push one button for all mailing list mails.
