Sorry, that doesn't seem to follow.

The questions surround statements within the ticket itself not something 
else elsewhere. It only makes sense that questions posed there on the 
basis of responses made there be answered there. Especially for those 
that come along later looking for (duplicate) answers to the same 
technical queries made.
