[Users] Use python-plugin to force tab-completion for adress-search

Dear devs,

while playing arround with pycarddav[1] I am searching for an option
using my carddav-contacts within claws adress-completion. 
I am thinking about using the python-plugin, but cannot find a way of
doing it.

Is there an option using this similar to mutts query_command somewhere?
Can anybody give some hints?
