Not yet! But it should indeed exist. The cached headers are:

Date
From
To
Cc
Newsgroups
Subject
Message-ID
In-Reply-To
References

Testing on the rest of the headers needs parsing the headers from file
(and, the first time, needs a full header download on IMAP).
