First of all, a big "Thanks!" for the new release of Claws!

When I "configured" claws 3.11.0 prior to "make", I got an error because
"intltool" was not installed. Not a big thing, but it would have been nice to
have this new requirement mentioned in the release notes (which I read before
any install).
