  Keys are, of course, in public keyservers, where they belong :)

  Try “gpg --keyserver subkeys.pgp.net --recv-keys 241E67C2” for
  example for sourceforge tarballs (which *does match* with one in
  team page BTW, so not sure where are you looking at...)
