[Users] [Bug 3115] address book is gone (notice at start, files are still there), fancy viewer (plugin) does not show any html features

Just found out, that ALL my plugins were gone and I had to RE-load them all!

(now - of course - fancy viewer - does its job again as before, but address
book is still gone ...)
