[Users] Claws 3.8.1 on Debian does not exit

Let me ask this...

Firefox is installed in a /home sub-directory. I simply extracted
the .tar.gz file into this directory, created a desktop shortcut and it
works perfectly.

Would the latest Claws file at SourceForge work the same way, when
extracted to a different directory (and does it include all the
plugins)??
