[Users] Empty folderlist.xml and Wizard when starting Claws

Hi,

I had a system shutdown uncleanly due to a power failure, and now Claws
shows the setup wizard when starting instead of loading normally. Most
of the files in ~/.claws-mail look to be intact, however folderlist.xml
(as well as .bak and .tmp) are all 0 byte files with a modification time
of when the power failure hit (not a few hours later when the machine
was powered back up).

Is there any way to recover from this or regenerate folderlist.xml based
on the folders that are on disk? There were 4 accounts setup with quite
a few folders. The filesystem is UFS with journaled soft-updates, and no
other files on the system had issues.

Thanks in advance,

-Mark
