[Users] Missing spell checker [Claws Mail, enchant, aspell, CentOS 6.5]

Sorry: you misunderstand my situation.  At work, I do not have sudo (yum) privileges, so I have to install programs in my home directory using

./configure  --prefix=$HOME/...
