It stops CM generating an X-Mailer header when you invoke a reply (as
opposed to a follow up) to the poster of a newsgroup message.  So, it
does exactly what it's supposed to.

If you want to remove the X-Newsreader header completely, add an empty
one as a custom header.  By empty, I mean totally devoid of characters.
Not even a space char.  A null string, I believe is the correct term.
