Hello everyone! 
Better late than never, this is the new version of the patch, designed to make
everyone happy.
Here the features:
 - the default settings (autocheck & interval) are the same as the global
settings, therefore there is nothing to do in most of the cases;
 - you can set a different time interval for each account using two methods:
   -- the first use the global setting as reference, and multiply it by a
float. The interval is floored and indicated, so you do not have to do
mathematics yourself;
   -- the second use a specific time, like in the first patch;
 - the 'receive_at_getall' ('Get Mail') boolean is used to enable/disable the
automatic checking (it is already the case by the way);
 - the timers are reset after a manual fetch.

It was simpler than I thought. I have not found any bug yet, but the more
testers the better.
