Yes, if there is 50:50 messages count :-)

And here is one good worklflow to prevent this - use "Reply" button,
eventually with the "Remove references", to break the thread.

IMHO, putting ML into separate folders doesn't prevent to post mail
into wrong recipient :-)

Then putting more ML into one folder can be bad idea for one, but no bad
for others ;-)
