If i delete a folder from my mailbox, then I can never again recreate a folder
with that same name.

It seems that claws retains the original folder name somewhere in its history,
and then thinks I am trying to create a folder with a duplicate name, which
quite logically is not permissible.

Not sure whether this is a bug or I am missing something.
