[Users] Opening web page from within Claws Mail

Hi.

I have Claws Mail 3.8.1 installed on Debian Wheezy (7).  When the
default web browser (Firefox/Iceweasel) is already open and I select a
web page link in an e-mail, the system displays a box that Firefox is
already running and to close it.

Is there a setting somewhere in Claws that will allow an already
running instance of Firefox/Iceweasel to display the selected page in a
new browser tab?
