Yeah, you have the Bogofilter plug-in installed, but you don't have
Bogofilter itself installed. You should see something more like:

  dlyke at dlyke:~$ whereis bogofilter
  bogofilter: /usr/bin/bogofilter /etc/bogofilter.cf
/usr/share/man/man1/bogofilter.1.gz

(On my work SL6 box, which uses RPM/YUM and so is as close to an
OpenSuSE box as I've got handy)

So as suggested in that earlier email, use whatever package manager
you're familiar with, or do:

  sudo yum install bogofilter

and type in your password.
