[Users] Two instances of Claws Mail?

Claws Mail version 3.8.0 on Fedora 16, x86_64.

My university just switched to Google Mail. Previously I used the
university web interface for my university address, and Claws Mail for
my non-university mail accounts. However, the university web interface
has become Google Mail interface, and I can't make heads or tails of
it.

I know I can add the university address as a Claws Mail account and
collect the mail all into Claws Mail, thus discarding the Google Mail
web interface altogether. However, I have a lot of mail saved in
folders on the university account, and also lots of non-university mail
saved in folders in Claws Mail. Mixing the two together would be even
more confusing than trying to figure out Google Mail's web interface.

What might make sense is to have two different Claws Mail programs,
running at the same time. One would be my existing Claws Mail that has
all my non-university mail, and the other would be dedicated only to my
university account.

Is that possible? If not, can someone suggest any alternative to free
me from Google Mail's web interface?
