It is.  It looks like either the HELO/EHLO greeting or the From, both
of which *should*, properly, contain an FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain
Name), such as "example.com" or "somehost.example.com," instead
contains simply "mp-us011," which is not a valid name.

My server(s) would reject it, too.
